Booking deposit. 25% of full rental fee. Confirmation fee, ie, balance payable two months prior to date of holiday. A security deposit of 20% to cover breakages and damage is refundable.

All bookings are from Saturday/Sunday to Saturday/Sunday but we may consider dates outside this if we have a lot of vacant weeks.

Possession of the property is available from 14:00hrs.

The premises must be vacated by 11:00hrs on day of departure.
