Marbella Villa is located in the exclusive area of 'Playa Casablanca' of Marbella. Casablanca Beach has some of the most famous restaurants in Marbella with many years of history.
Villa  is just 100 meters walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the center of Marbella.

Marbella is known as one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa del Sol, with the famous Puerto Banús which offers moments of luxury and top Michelin-starred restaurants.
The old town of Marbella is an amazing place to walk through its streets, its like entering a parallel world away from the bustle of other areas of Marbella. It has a typical Andalusian flavor: with narrow streets and white buildings with flowers on balconies, small shops, bars, restaurants and places that hide away and then open suddenly to reveal fountains and monuments.

It may be surprising that a city like Marbella, preferred destination of national and international tourism, has preserved the traces of their past.

The Plaza de los Naranjos is the true heart of the historic center of Marbella, all roads seem to lead toward it.

Marbella is ideal for holidays, 35 minutes from Malaga airport and two hours and 30 minutes from the most southern ski station in Spain - Sierra Nevada, and two hours and 45 minutes of Seville.

Amongst the grounds at Villa Marbella, you can take a swim in the heated and illuminated swimming pool, or relax in the outdoor Jacuzzi. If you prefer to basque in the sun, there are plenty of sun loungers and a four poster bed at your disposal.

The Gazebo area and fully equipped bbq make Al fresco dining a delight, however if afternoon tea is your pleasure, you can relax and enjoy the ample patio areas on both the ground and first floor.

A fully equipped kitchen with dinning area, breakfast bar and island kitchen is at your disposal for you to use or your caterers. The kitchen leads onto the generous lounge and dining area.

The entertainments room is located in the basement and is equipped with billiards, football table, darts and a lounge and bar area. Adjacent to this is the underground parking area.

There are 6 suites at Villa Marbella, each all with an en-suite bathroom and double sized beds.

Suite 1 is located on the ground flour with access to the pool and garden. Suites 2 to 6 are situated on the first floor and have access to the first floor patio.

All Suites are individually decorated and have either a walk-in wardrobe or a fitted wardrobe. All Suites benefit from hot and cold air conditioning.

Villa Marbella boasts 4 apartments, each with an en-suite bathroom, and 2 separate bedrooms.

Situated on the ground flour with access to the pool and gardens are apartment 1 and 2. Apartments 3 and 4 are situated on the first floor and have access to the first floor patio.

Apartment 1 benefits from a lounge area within its master bedroom, whilst apartment 3 and 4 has a separate lounges. All apartments are individually decorated and benefit from hot and cold air conditioning.
