Torre Bemeja offers a secure, gated environment within which to live. 24 hour security and CCTV through the site is manned from the main entry gate where the security control centre is located. All vehicle and pedestrian entry points, as well as apartment entrances, require magnetic strip entry. In addition, all apartments have an intruder alarm and fire alarm that is connected to the main security office.

Swimming Pools. Torre Bermeja offers residents swimming pools that can be used all year round. For the long months of summer there are 2 infinity outdoor swimming pools, one of which has a children's pool, located in phase one and phase two of the community.

Spa & Fitness Facilities. 2 Spa areas are available for residents to use all year round, each with a sauna, shower facilities, changing area and a fully equipped gymnasium.

A new commercial centre is a few minutes' drive away.

Laguna Village is located beachside along the New Golden Mile and offers a small selection of special boutique shops as well as a restaurant and cafe.

The 'Los Flamingos' Golf Resort, home to the exclusive Villa Padierna, is a mere 5 minutes drive away. However, Torre Bermeja's location is in the heart of the golf valley and there are numerous courses to choose from.
