At the top of Courchevel, at a hight of 1850 meters, you can find an Alpine lodge built in 1992, Hotel Le Melezin, owned by Aman Resorts chain. With 4 floors of the hight, this luxury hotel offers spectacular views across the French and the Swiss Alps. It is situated next to the track Bellecoôte, to which you can access from the doorstep of the hotel.
The hotel is impregnated with the comfort and privacy of a cottage, but with all the conveniences of a 5 star hotel. Decorated in the tradition of Savoy, with a very soft lighting, parquet floors, oak beams, bronze sculptures, and so on.
The Hotel Le Melezin offers 31 rooms and suites, which are exquisitely decorated. The floors are covered with wool carpets of red silk, the walls are finished in cedar and there is a cozy lighting. 24 of these rooms have individual balconies. All are equipped with telephone, TV, CD and DVD player, fridge and safe. The bathrooms are finished in granite and most of them have double sinks, spacious baths and separate showers.
It also has a fully equipped spa with hammam, gym, heated swimming pool, etc.
SPA Hotel Le Mélézin
The Spa at Hotel Le Mélézin offers a massage room with facial and body treatments, plus a Thai massage room and shiatsu.
It also has a hammam (steam bath), with stone walls and vaulted ceiling, this is the perfect place to relax muscles, mind, and to tone the skin.
Between the columns of stone is the hotel's indoor pool, which is illuminated with natural light through a glass roof in pyramid shape. On each side of the pool you can enjoy a popular jacuzzis. You will not want to leave from the hotel!.
This area also has a complete fitness center for warm up before you start your training session of skiing.
