Located in Courchevel 1850, just a minute from the ski tracks, we found the Hotel Chabichou, a 4-star hotel where luxury, discretion, the family spirit, and comfort are present in each of the corner.

Chabichou was one of the first hotels in Courchevel and one of the best known and classic. With 2-deserved Michelin star, the Restaurant Le Chabichou offers sophisticated cuisine and extraordinary blending traditional dishes with exotic recipes. Seafood, fish, cheese and more, all accompanied by a very elegant presentation and a unique taste.

For breakfast lovers find organic products a healthy well-balanced buffet. Cow's milk, soy milk, rice, cereals, bread, muesli, carrot juice, fruit juice, nuts, and so on.

The popular chefs Michel Buron Stéphane Rochedy and also be in charge of the restaurant, they also offer cooking classes. Learn the tricks that have led to success and learn with their advice and experience. Adult classes are held on Thursday mornings from 9:30 to 12:00, and children classes are on Wednesdays from 17:00 to 18:00.
