Once we have received your information, we will contact you in 48 hours to confirm our disponibility, price and associated services.

- Reservation deposit

In order to confirm the reservation of your apartment, we will ask you to send us 50% of the rent in five days after our confirmation mail. This advance can be paid in cash, by credit card or bank transfer. If we do not receive your advance, your reservation will not be confirmed nor done.

We have the right to ask for a deposit and/or your passport or credit cards numbers upon arrival, if we think it is appropriate.

Any reservation means you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions.

- Final payment

The integral and definite payment of the lodging is due 8 weeks before the arrival day. The associated costs of services (lifts passes, transfers etc) can be paid until 2 weeks before arrival, or in certain cases in cash the day of your arrival.

A few advices...

In time of high demand (Christmas, New Year, January and February), it is recommended to reserve as soon as possible.

Terms & Conditions

Conditions of booking

The reservations are validated by an advance 50% of the price of the stay.

The day of arrival, the rooms are free at three o’clock, and they must be free at 11 the day you leave.

The whole amount of the reservation will be due in case of advanced departure.

Animals are not allowed.

Conditions of cancelation

For any booking cancelled or postponed more than thirty ( 30 ) days before the fixed arrival, the deposit will not be paid off, but postponed on another stay.

For any cancelled booking, for whatever motive it is, less than thirty ( 30 ) days before the fixed date of arrival, the whole of the prepaid amount will be kept.

Arrival

Check in time is from 5pm.

Departure

On the departure day, the apartment/chalet MUST BE VACATED and the keys returned by 10.00 am.

Any late check out will be charged 150 €/hour or part there of.

Any keys, remote control or beeper that is not handed in will be charged 140€ per item

Animals

Animals are not permitted unless express authority given by the agency with the consent of the owner (additional charge of 100€)

Capacity:

The present contract is established for a maximum capacity of person. This number of people confirmed on the contract must not be exceeded.

In case of non authorized overflow, the agency will be able to its discretion to refuse the extra people or to charge the tenants of 20% of the public price per person.

Insurance:

The tenant is responsible for all damages he has caused. He must therefore subscribe to an insurance to cover him for theft, fire, flooding as much for the rental risks than the furniture put to his disposal while renting.
