Public service - Office:

• Monday to friday: 10:00 am - 02:00 pm, 04:00 pm - 08:00 pm.
• Saturday and sunday: 10:00 am - 02:00 pm.

Reception and departure of clients:

• Monday to sunday from 9:00 am to 09:00 pm.
• Out of hours of this schedule you will be charged 50 € per check in and/or apartment payed on arrival.

Official check-in: 03:00 pm.
Official check-out: 11:00 am.
Other: check availability.

Late check-out: check availability, cost per apartment: 75 €.

The client must specify time of arrival and departure.

Deposit: 300 € that should be payed in cash or with credit card. Cash deposit will be delivered and will be returned on departure of the tenant in the same way and made after checking of the house.

New list of rules of behavior:
Must be signed on arrival along with the contract, breach of these rules will mean automatic termination of the lease and / or full payment of the deposit.

Diary cleaning: 15 € / hour.

Payment: A reservation is considered confirmed when The Grand Selection has received 45% of total reserve concept. The remaining 55% must be paid to The Grand Selection always 30 days before receipt and entry of the tenant.

Cancellations

June, July, August and September:

• 2 months before entry date: 45 % (reserve).
• 30 days before entry date: 70 %.

Rest of the year:

• 7 days before entry date: 30 %.

Loss of keys:

• Door keys 25 €.
• Safe key 20 €.

Change of bath linen: every 4 days.
Change of bed linen: every 7 days.
Any changes or requests shall be paid by the customer: Bath linen: 5 € / person. Bed linen: 10 € / person.
 

Parking:

• Low season (September - May): 10 € / day.
• High season (June - August, and Easter): 12 € / day.

Extra bed: 35 € / night.

Cribs: 10 € / night.

4 or more weeks rent:

• Electricity bills will be charged separately.

Rules of Behaviour

Apartments

• Is not allowed any kind of commercial activity inside the properties owned by Marina Mariola S.L.
• Is not allowed any refurbishment or repair inside the properties with out any previous authorization from the Property. This includes changes and transformations that affect the building's basic design and image.
• As a residential complex, maximum education and manners must be kept, this includes within the properties and common spaces.
• Last point includes not making noises from 22:00 to 10:00 (music, screwdrivers, dryer machines, heels, movement of furnitures, etc.)
• Under any circumstance is not allowed hanging out of belongings such as towels,clothes and commercial signs out of the balconies and terraces.

Common spaces and swimming pool

• The usage of the parking is limited to owners, visitors and tenants for a limited time of 4 hours. This is not a load-unload area for furnitures, construction material or similar.
• The reception of proprietors and tenants visitors must be informed to the main security control or reception previous to arrival.
• The complex's main hall is a common space for everyone to enjoy but never a playing space, this includes roller skates,bikes or similar. Good manners must be kept in this common space and can't be used without shoes,shirts, this includes walking wet and/or with beach sand.
• For hygienical reasons, the access to the swimming pool and fitness center is not allowed with regular clothes and shoes.
• The access to the fitness center is limited to 18 and beyond.
• The access to the pool is limited to proprietors,tenants and visitors who spend the night at the complex.
• Its totally forbidden the access to the swimming pool area with food, alcoholic beverages, glasses and crystal recipients, beach fridges, music equipment without personal earphones, children's boats, beach mattress, also book or reserve sunbeds or leave unattended belongings.
• No games are allowed on the premises or inside the pool, this includes balls, discs, pads and boats that may disturb other users.
• Not allowed overnight stays of belongings on the pool territory, there are lockers on the 2nd floor for that purpose.
• The hours of the pool area are 08:00 to 22:00.
• The access to the jacuzzi is limited to 12 and beyond.
• Is not allowed to use someone else's parking spaces,leave garbage or leave unattended belongings at the parking levels.
• The feet shower situated at the level -3 must be kept clean and tidy.
• The access to the promenade situated on the 3d floor will be closed from 22:00 to 08:00, so please use the main entrance.
